6 votes @ 100% fx-55.. this looks like a shut out! :)
at the risk of running off topic :P what water blocks you got on your 6800's PCGURU?? i have mine up around 600/1300 area on my DFI..(depending what case i put them in)
So how fast does the intel have to be if we overclock the FX to 5200+ just as high?

Around 10GHz or more I guess. Of course, this would be utterly impossible (as of now), so AMD would still keep the performance crown. :matrix:
Actually no, there was a PC Geek fanatic which OC?ed Intel Pentium 4 Prescott to 6.90GHz or so. But still lacked enough competition with an Athlon 64 FX-53 OC?ed @ 3.20GHz.
The 6.90GHz Pentium Prescott was cooled by liquid nitrogen. I?ll see if I can find the link. B)

Well, I agree... The fx-55 roxorz. With stock cooling, I can EASLIY get mine to 2.8, and thats with my SLI cards in there on an A8N-SLI. Not to mention it has the very nice un-locked multi!
