I didn't know that the   ATI Chipset mobo's were out. I did hear that ATI revised there new chipset & resolved all the issues of its earlier version.

Do you have a link where you received the mobo from?  :)

yes, super these things are out, and FLYING off the shelves.. i picked mine up at PCcanada in T.O., i had one reserved from the first shipment on the condition i paid cash and in three days, or they would sell it. well in two days i recieved a call to come pick it up because they sold out (24mobos) and they were going to sell mine to the highest bidder.

that.. doesn't have on-board video so you have to pick-up a new pci-e card immediately, however it does support things like raid 1+0 and sataII and actual USB 2.0

O.K. here is a more detailed description.
http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_spec....0M2-IL&class=mb

The RS480M2-IL (ATI's Chipset) is extremely basic. This is not for the enthusiast crowd.

I'll stick with DFI's   nForce 4 for now.

Thank you for the Link. :)
