Josh is absolutely right. Dell makes a good quality machine, but they're somewhat Intel-exclusive... and right now, Intel is losing badly on the performance-per-watt-per-dollar scorechart, especially in gaming. If you're hesitant about building your own system, that's fine, but Dell probably isn't the way to go.

Also, I feel inclined to add that most of the software you listed is pretty much crap. You can often get superior alternatives online for free (if you'd like help with this, consult this thread or PM me).

The PSU in the dell will likely not supply enough power for that new video card (Dell goes as cheap as possible with the PSUs)

Dell doesn't go cheap on power supplies. They get them from PC Power and Cooling, which is one of if not the most respected brand in the industry. In addition, Dell informs you what the power supply wattage for every one of their computers is on that products support page.

Which, brings up that the new PSU probably won't fit in the Dell case (dell likes making it so that only their kind works with the case size), and so you'd need to get a new case.

It really depends on the case. My Dell power supply was easily replaceable.

Ok, maybe they don't go 'cheap' on it, but they only put in what is needed.  They don't put a 450W where a 400W could be used, they'll go with the 400W.
So, there won't be much extra wattage for upgrades, especially like a new video card.

okay, you've convinced me. I'll take kooldrew's configuration.

Anyway, i was going to upgrade my old computer but i figured out that the mother board is an Intel Seatle II[that's what i get for having my uncle build me a computer for under $200 :D]. so since i can't upgrade it much for gaming [it holds a max of 384 Mb of RAM <_< ] i'll just build a new one. i'll just take the monitor, keyboard, and mouse from my current computer and use them for my new computer that i'm going to build. This will save me about $100. I probably won't have this built until Late July, Eary August because i have to buy all of the parts.

Thanx guys for the configuration.
