I say lose all of the text imo, the text kinda ruins it, and it is overall too sharp. Otherwise though the effects are pretty nice, not too bad overall.
If it is supposed to be like an advertisement it's terrible. The bg is way to "crazy" I personally thing that cell phone advertisements are meant to be sleek and very clean looking. Not amature sigish.
