I got a TV in my bedroom when i was 10, and got a PS1 (ah, the memories) a few months later.  I never watched the TV, just used it for the PS1, and even then not that often.  I can't remember when i got my first PC, but I got the internet a couple of years ago, when I was about 14.  Almost instantly I started playing games online with Star Wars: Gallactic Battlegrounds.  I went form clan to clan there and made alot of friends which I talked to alot.  I then started playing the origional CFS with a online squad called Striker Squad.  three years on, I still play with many of the same people from that squad, but now its Battlefield 1942: Desert Combat.  I know alot of them really well.  However, all this time I have still gone out with mates.
Before all that I would play games like the origional X-Wing and Command and Conquer at my dads house for a few hours every week.
It has never done me any harm having a computer in my room, and It gives me somewere that I can work in piece, as nowadays most, if not all, the work i do at college has to be done on a computer.

Well having your items confiscated is of course not a good thing. However you must realise that when a teacher etc... has good reason to take it way from you then you have not choice to hand it over.

Its funny, when i was at school, i was the good one always trying to please everyone and keep on the right side of the teaching staff. Remembering my other friends messing about is a funny thing in its self. They pissed around alot.

But remembering those memories still gives me great joy.
