World Of Warcraft (WoW) has been a gaming phenomenon for years but only now does Dell thinks it’s time to cash in.
The result is a lightly customised laptop with a massive price tagof £2,200. As you can see from the photo, you get to choose from aHorde or Alliance emblazoned model, with backlit keyboard andilluminated speaker grilles. The notebook in question is the 17in XPSM1730 with Intel Extreme Edition Core 2 Duo processors and DirectX 10SLI graphics.

Users also get some custom wallpapers – jump now for a shot – andthere’s a bag of WoW goodies to make you feel less guilty about forkingout that much money.

Track your stats with the world's first built-in notebook Logitech® GamePanel LCD
Enhanced graphics with NVIDIA® SLITM technology and AGEIA PhysX Mobile Technology
Pre-loaded with World of Warcraft, World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade and all major game patches
Golden Ticket for a FigurePrints custom statue of your actual in-gameWorld of Warcraft character with your actual armour and weapons
World of Warcraft Beta Club Key Card with a key to future World of Warcraft beta tests
World of Warcraft and The Burning Crusade Collector's Edition Account Upgrade Certificates
Exclusive desktop background artwork and screensavers
Additional loot like a behind the scenes DVD, soundtrack, Warcraft novels, strategy guides, trading cards, etc

Excluding the WoW extras, this is really just a very expensive performance notebook with some stickers.
Still, it's a gilt-edged investment compared to the moron who spent £5,000 to buy someone else's in-game World Of Warcraft character.
