Isn't Microsoft making a Halo 3? I heard that it was in production, but I'm not really too good on catching-up with the latest news! I personally prefer Halo 2 to Halo 1 - the graphics underwent some major changes and were alot better, and overall gameplay was improved. I have to agree that I enjoyed the missions on Halo 1 much more, however - it was a new experience, which made it more enjoyable. Btw, has anyone tried Battlefront 2? I've tried it a bit - but not enough to know if I like it or not. The gameplay seems alot better than the original - I thought the first one was really bad.

Im not sure of the release date, but yes Halo 3 is in development supposed to be realeased 2007,but dont  quote me on that.I also prefered halo 2 to the first installment, although the halo 1 story was better. Its the only game I really play on from my old Xbox.

Yeah, although the Doom movie was a disappointment; I likes the closing scenes, maybe they could make more of that.

Halo would make a  film I think, the  story is credible well only in science fiction terms lol, when you have a good story, and a good leading hero, step in master chief. Then it will be a hit not just with gamers, but will appeal to larger audience.

Doom was good in parts but the story was dreadful, and looked like it had a cheapy budget.

Yeh, I hope they do make a film! I'm not sure if they would though, it's not really the kind of thing Microsoft goes into and it would be really costly. Judging by the number of Halo fans - both on the XBox and the PC - they would have a large audience. The movie would also help to promote sales of the game.
