lol thats a realy wide field my friend.

At the moment its AMD FX 55 With PC 4000 ddr 500 with Geforce 6800 ultra extreme or ATI x850xt PE PCI-x

2 to 4 gig of ram

2 72 gig raptors 10,000 rpm in raid 0

or 2 16 meg cash maxtors 7200 rpm in raid 0

S B Audigy 2 ZS Plat with 7.1 THX speakers

Keep in mind very few of these systems are run stock. most of them run highly overclocked.

Monitors for gaming are LCD with 8 ms or 12 MS in respons time. with ultra bright tech or Xbright.

Well, I think he needs to be more specific with his price range... :hmm:

For the best, I suggest you take a look @ PCGURU's profile: http://cyberitforums.cjb.net/index.php?showuser=35

His specs are:
AMD Athlon 64 FX-55
Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-SLI
Koolance Exos WaterCooling
2 X 6800 Ultra Extreme PCIx16 + Water Block OC'ed
4 X 1GB Kingston HyperX PC4300

when you say specific.. are you looking for brand names for the monitors and cards? eg. monitor brandnames: NEC, APPLE, VEIWSONIC? eg. videocard brandnames: ATI, SAPPHIRE, PNY, ASUS, MSI...  and then model numbers for both?

plus.. i assume you want the rest of the system specs too?
like CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Harddrive..

IF this is what you're looking for.. just ask.. and you'll get very specific answer.. (probly 2.. one with nvidia card, and one with ATI card)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
if not we can flood this thread with specs offf the tops of our head all day long.. lmoa..

LOL, I'm with you pal.

Now we need a new Venice Core or San Diego. I may pick up the San Diego 3700+ ?!?! @ 2.20GHz w/ 1MB L2 cache ;)

What do you think? Not right now, but when I can sell my current CPU & conjure up some cash.
