Just to update, I received a PM from Jim, concerning your question. You might want to try what he suggested:

He most have a static IP address. The IP you see that I use is *xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx., but I can if I want change it to one of my others IP?s that was allocated to me, he may have more then one, if he has then he will have to set the router up manually and place another IP in his Ethernet Card settings.
