I don't know a whole lot about computers, so sorry if they're bad. *shrugs* However, I do know that that site does give you a whole lot of good parts cheaper than other sites (Ex. Voodoo, Alienware, etc.) and some fairly expansive part choices.

I have done business with CyberPower... good intentions, but they use very cheap labor and parts, so things tend to break a lot. I don't know about their laptop, but I have a friend who bought a PC at about the same time I did, and he had to send it back to get a new motherboard for one reason or another. Mine came with the wrong video card, so they sent me the right one w/o me having to send the old one back.
In the end you end up with what you wanted, but it may take some hassles to get there. I will say though, that their intentions are always very good and they try to make you happy.
for that kinf of money you should be able to get a nice and decent computer.
