Mine just arrived last night. The only downside is that it is only 128mb. The MP3 player works very well. It takes one AAA battery. The headphones  even produce good quality sound. And for $10 you can't go wrong. The only problem I had with it was that I accidently unplugged it when it was downloading data and the file system got corrupted (I think). It was easily fixed though by formating the drive using a FAT32 file system. I'm currently using the Creative MuVo Nomad 128MB. It's also a MP3 player + USB drive, although I have a Sandisk 256MB MiniCruzer. I currently have a Sanyo 512 mb with SD slot mp3 player and a 1Gig Flashdrive, so im good at the moment. Still want an iPod tho...
