I'm just starting to get all my parts for the new PC prepared ahead of time, so when I gather the money I'm all set and ready to spend.

I was expecting to have my new PC by now, but I didn't quite get the job I was needing and all. Ran into trouble, spent money on the wrong things, all that doo-dah.

Anyways, I'm going to look for a new monitor right now. I'm wanting it to be at least 20\" and preferrably LCD.

I took a quick look on tigerdirect and found this one to be rather nice.

$400.00CAD doesn't seem too much.

What would you guy's recommend?

Any help/opinions/suggestions are appreciated. :)

I like the ViewSonic VX2025WM. It's good for general usage, gaming, watching movies, etc.

Yes, but they're a lot more expensive (usually)

Right now I'm using a 22\" non-widescreen CRT that I bought for $90 used. ;)

I'm using a 20\" Envision monitor that I got for $150 new several years ago. It was a great deal, as the monitor has excellent color and is plenty bright (with none of the little lines that eventually wear across the screen!).
