I know absolutely nothing about that case, but I would try to spend less. Something like a Cooler Master Centurion 5 is great, good looking and cheap. I know you don't live in the US, but I just ordered an Antec Super Lanboy for like $40. I would also replace the PSU with something like a Fortron AX450-PN.
If you are overclocking the Opterons are a much better choice then the 3700+. If graphics work, using multi-threaded applications or multitasking are a higher priority then gaming it may be wise to even bump up to a dual-core. If gaming is the main pririty I would just buy a 3000+ and overclock it. This will leave more room in the budget for a better video card.
While 2GB is great and I would recommend it, you could always just grab a single 1GB stick now and buy another one later for a total of 2GB. If buying a single 1GB stick now makes room in your budget for a much better video card or a dual-core CPU then I would start with 1GB.
For the video card, I would look at the X800GTO, 6800GS and 7800GT. Those are the best options at their price points. Just pick based on what your budget will allow and what kind of gamer you are.
I agree with Greg about the CRT. Unless you really want an LCD because of the desk spaced saved, get a CRT.
