I only shop Canadian sites so I can't really give you much help with price.  Other then that though it seems an excellent part selection.

Oh, one thing.  I suspect you should be able to get the PSU for cheaper as I can find it for $99.96 CDN.

I would consider getting an Opteron 144. It overclocks a lot better then the 3000+ and has more cache. Also, you can get that PSU a lot cheaper at actbuy and ewiz.

If you buy the Fortron from ewiz I think you can afford the Opteron. ;)

I have the same processor - I like it. Runs at 30 C on the stock HSF and I can overclock it to 2Ghz without going over 40..
