I need a passwoord for the bios off a ibm thinkpad t23.
Is there a way to reset it, or something like that.
I would apreciate if someone could help me.

nah , open the pc , search 4 a battery or something(first remove the static enery of ur hands )...remove the battery for 5 minutes and put it back in ...ur bios will be resetted...

normally there is a small clip you can open at the bottom side of your laptop. It's easy to open as well.

releas your batterie and make a contact between the + and the - from your batterie holder..

when you do this you dont have to wait for 5 OR MORE!! minutes
