That is because the build quality of their PSU's are not good at all. The Thermaltake units are made by the Sirtec Group. Not exactly bad quality, but there are much better options.
Everybody has their own opinion and I personally think TT cases are really ugly. Also I have had experiences with the Tsunami and the quality of them is not good at all.
Also not to mention IMO TT for as long as I can remember has NEVER introduced an original design. They just take somebody eleses idea and make it into some ugly pile of sh!t. The Xaser's were rip-offs of Antec/Chenming SOHO cases. Tsunami was one of the Cooler Master Wavemaster and the Kandalf was a rip-off of the CM Stacker. This is only to mention a few. That stupid looking case that looks like it has CD's in the front is also a rip-off. However I do not know the name of either case. All the cases TT has taken the idea from are much better build quality and don't look like crap.
Also there fan airflow specs are always overated and their noise levels are always understated.
Well, that's how life goes. Everyone is copying someone else, and then making it a little better, so they can't be accused of plagirism. Just look at M$

Perfect example. ;)
