(When you enable pipelining it will make several at once, which really speeds up page loading. )
2. Alter the entries as follows:
Set "network.http.pipelining" to "true"
Set "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "true"
Set "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" to some number like 30.
This means it will make 30 requests at once.
3. Lastly right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer (getal). Name it "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and set its value to "0". This value is the amount of time the browser waits before it acts on information it recieves.
If you're using a broadband connection you'll load pages 2-3 times faster now.
there are also programs for this but I think its better if you do it yourself.
those programs WILL also change other things in your settings which could mess up the program.

tried it. i change the network.http.pipelining.maxrequests to 100 and i could see that page load faster. i really thank u for this. i love firefox. i love project df.
Napster, you can also download fasterfox, its a official firefox addon wich does this automaticly for you
yeah, but the maxrequests is quite low in number. i use the tweak to increase maxrequests. anyway, does increasing maxrequests would really increase speeding? i cant measure it.
