Which do you guys recommend for televisions? Also, does anyone know the difference between DLP and Plasma?

There are pros and cons for each so there is no single *best*. It all comes down to personal preference. I myself prefer a good LCD screen because they are wall mountable unlike DLP and typically has a better and more true HDTV resolution versus plasma. They are also coming down in price.

Also, Predator, are you actually looking to buy a new TV or is this entirely theoretical?

My understanding is that LCD is better for smaller TVs, while Plasma is best for larger ones.

Like I said, there is no single best. Each have their pros and cons.
