I can't remember where I found this out, but by using %random% in cmd, it generates a random number.
So by using echo %random% you can quickly display a random number, thus it can be done using batch scripts... kinda suprised me as I never knew windows had a %random% variable.
I can't actually remember where I read it, but I was reading a variable list for windows NT while I was at school, and then tried it out and it worked :D

I dont get whats the point of this...
It has many uses, and can be usefull for batch scripting and if you are programming and need a random number.. or if you wanted to create things based on random numbers and such in batch scripting.
For instance, mkdir %random%
:P
