I'm not sure if the guy is a sniper or not, but I can tell you what he's carrying. *ahem* It appears to be an M4 Carbine with attached M203 40mm grenade launcher. It's got a red dot system, not the standard Aimpoint Reflex used for the military though. Maybe an EOtech or something similar.
Oh yeah, Predator, you get a 9/10. Your Avatar is cool. Especially with the scanline effect.

You know a little *ahem* too much about guns :P :D
Just like any profession, I would never go into it without knowledge of the tools of the trade. A pilot probably knows all there is to know about whichever plane he's a pilot for...likewise, I'd never carry a firearm on duty without knowing everything about it.
Anyway.
I'm not an Nvidia fan, not because I don't like them, but because I've never had an Nvidia based vid card. The Avatar is nice though, so -
I like it alot. Looks dark and menacing. Would look even cooler if the background matched the background color of the forum skin. Or just make it an interlaced .gif, acheives the same goal.
