Discussion of Warez, cracks and pirated copyrighted material is not permitted in this forum. I'll let it pass this time, but in future be VERY careful.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warez

Using P2P and such is not illegal, however depending on what content you download using it is.

You may not discuss topics which promote, emphasize, or relate to any of the following in any way:
  • Drugs
  • Gambling
  • Warez, CD keys, CD cracks
  • Hacking & Cracking, Viruses (excluding informative posts)
  • Sexual intercourse, Pornograpy, Pornographic material or photos
  • Anything which promotes or resembles pornography
  • Intense Profanity
  • Terrorist Activity
  • Disclosing personal identity or information of person(s)

You were promoting warez, and it's against the rules. If you want to argue about it, argue using PM.

Using warez, and downloading warez is illegal. End of. I am not going to say what my views are on it, the point is discussing it is against the rules.

Those sites do get taken down, and quite a few of them move around a lot in order to not get in trouble. All warez & piracy chat is illegal. Discussions about BitTorrent (or other P2P programs) is allowed...as long as you are not promoting that people should download illegal software nor are you linking to illegal websites.

Those screenshots do not clearly depict actual game play. They usually have still shots, such as a person aiming with a gun, or a helicopter simply flying. I am clearly looking for fully fighting action scene screenshots.

Why don't you watch a gameplay video then? It will give you a much better idea about what the game is about.

I'm wondering if my comp could be able to handle BF2. I play CSS on it and it runs perfectly.

1.5 ghz
768 MB Ram
Radeon Mobility 7500

I doubt it. BF2 Requires fast hardware, and 1.5GHz CPU won't cut it, and also 1024MB RAM is what most people call the minimum (it's actually 512mb, but it won't run well with 512mb)

Simple answer: NO!

Your video card needs to be at least an Geforce 4 Ti (not MX!), or Radeon 9200+.

As far as CPU and memory, it would be fine on low settings, if you got yourself a new video card.  However, don't expect it to be fluid-like.

Greg, no. the CPU wouldn't cut it. BF2 requires a MINIMUM of 1.7GHz, and I don't know anyone that runs it at that kind of speed.. it would be too slow. It's true that BF2 will perform better depending on the graphics card, and that the graphics card has a larger performance impact. However, it's still fairly CPU intensive, and if one was to give a minimum I'd say a minimum of 2.4GHz (but that also depends on the type of cpu you are using), and 1GB Ram, and 256MB Vram (It works with 128MB, but if you want 30FPS+ you're gonna need at least a 335MHz GPU and 256MB Vram IMO)
