Very useful for people who forget things easily. Unfortunately, I doubt many people would use it due to the flaw Nitronumber9 posted. It'll probably lead to its own decline if more rigid security measures are not put in place.
SO what kind of games can you write? And what have you done with it
You're supposedly able to make anything with it. For new users, it has drag and drop 'code blocks' to help you make "professional" games without touching code at all. As you get more advanced, you can go in and start editing code or writing your own.
I've made a bunch of really random things which I've never released, and 1 thing which I want to port to C/C++ and is currently unfinished but released to the public. It's a simple RPG game, if interested.

Maybe it would make a good starting point for C++ after something like BASIC (?)
Yeah, I've found out it makes a good starting point for C/C++, especially when you use the Allegro game library.
I haven't tried them all either, so I doubt it'll be fair for me to vote, but at the moment I'm trying to learn Allegro C/C++ and I'm not finding it that difficult.
Then again, it might be the fact that Allegro simplifies things a lot.
I find it funny that Ballmer's blaming pirates for the low sales of Vista. I somehow don't think that's exactly the full truth. Like people have said already, I think it's just the fact that people don't want to upgrade.
For my Windows box I use Norton... and really dislike it too. Takes ages to start up and has difficulty removing things. The only reason why I use it is that my dad always buys 3-License versions.
My Anti-Virus of choice is K/ClamAV, so I vote other. It runs on my Linux machine and helps me repair other people's (i.e. relatives' and friend's) computers.
