TF 1 sucked so bad so I don't know. I'm in class right now so I cant see those videos. I will look at them when I get home. I think I'll stick with WoW, lol.
It doesn't surprise me that america is one of the leaders in piracy. I mean... who doesn't love free stuff? Music, Apps, Games? Come on. With America being a big nation, it makes since as well.
So as most of you know, Sidekick iD just got release about 2 months shy ago. What do you think of it? Should they have made it? I mean... the only difference is that it has no camera and possibly lighter, but who cares?!
Maya is, yes, industry standard and can be extremely hard to a "newcomer" . Not trying to discourage you or say you're a "newcomer". Its a program you'll probably need classes for.
So, I signed up for a NEW web design class coming in Aug/Sept 2007. I'm in one currently online for school, but it's only teaching us how to make web PAGES not actual web DESIGNS with content. So I figured I'd ask my fellow mates at iVirtua for a little insight.
Lets take http://kirupa.com for a peek (thanks DualFusion for the website for the PHP help). The background is a simple, yet sleek gradient. The foreground is sleek as well which seems to show little to no tables.
My question here is, HOW WAS THIS DONE?! I can see the header and background being done if Photoshop/Fireworks but how would you do the rest?! Would you do it in Dreamweaver? How would you go about making this complete layout.
