Rapidshare.com dead indefinately in Hardware, Internet, Networking, Comms and Security
The notorious rapidshare.com among many "warez" groups is dead. It is suspected that the servers have been confiscated and so anyone with accounts and files stored will probably loose them.

"As of 19 January 2008 16:00 GMT, Rapidshare AG's servers were shutdown by anti-piracy authorities in Germany. More than hundreds of Rapidshare servers were seized from their offices in Berlin although no arrests were made. Sources said, authorities are contemplating pursuing legal action against users who distribute and download pirated copies of software and movies from these servers."

A sad day for a pirate

Uplink - Hacking simulator in Gaming
I've played it, it's a good game if you don't have a good PC. But the only bad thing is that it has no save game ability, so every time you get caught, you have to start from scratch unless you make a backup manually.
Highly reccomended for people with poor PCs. Quite good game, but can become repetative.

Is Global Warming Happening in The Great Debates!
Yes, but no one is doing anything about it If for example in the US a huge scheme was launched to put solar panels on every roof allong with a wind turbine maybe the world would be a better place. It's the governments that need to make a decision and Gordon Brown and George Bush can't even think so I don't think the future is looking very good climate wise.
