The beginning games in the series were great! Amazingly deep story lines, expansive worlds - especially for the time they were released.
But things got complicated (or I aged), but they started to be like work to remember who's who, how to use (and best use) magic systems and weapons upgrades.
Which is why I'm excited to hear about Final Fantasy III (not the US FFIII) coming to the Nintendo DS. I can't wait to rock it old skool!

I am a technology geek, a musician, and a lover of books and the arts. I've been in bands, put out albums, and I work in both IT and in Sound Design. I'm currently building a recording studio in my basement while working on an ambitious project with my wife where we are scoring an opera. We put out podcasts infrequently, but they are usually funny and include short radio plays.
