Everyone bow down to Thermalright for making a superior heatsink even better.  The compatibility issues of the XP-120 is now a joke to the SI-120.....

As expected, the performance of the SI-120 is not as great as the XP-120.  The main reason would be the lacking fins at the base.  The difference of a degree is pretty big if you are a cooling enthusiast, but to the majority of us, that degree difference for the trade of zero compatibility issues is a huge gain.  I would pick the SI-120 over the XP-120 any day.

Looks pretty good.  And the price isn't too bad, either, especially since it should go down a bit in the near future.

Most of the time, the fancy looking coolers perform poorly. Zalman is an exception to this. Thermaltake is an example of this. ;)
