Another great distro. I'm using the Ubuntu symbol in my avatar. Anyways, check it out.

Scroll down to Download Sites.

I will post screenshots soon, but I am not currently in the USA (which is where Ubuntu is installed). Once I get back, I will post it.

Here is a list of mirrors for Kubuntu. Kubuntu includes KDE3.4 as well as GNOME while Ubuntu only focuses on GNOME.

From what I have heard, ubuntu is limited, and from what I have seen it looks too easy.. if you get what I mean.

Anyways, I'd rather stick with my suse, gentoo and movix. (I'll give a few lectures about movix soon :P)

One of my close friends is obsessed with Gentoo. Could you give us some of the unique features of Gentoo?

And yes, I agree SuSE 9.3 rules.

Anyways, try (K)Ubuntu 5.04.

Doh lonux looks so hard to learn. Is it easier/harder to understand/learn than Windows?

Depends. If you use Mandrake Linux, there are guides everywhere so you won't be lost. As with all operating systems, you just need time to get used to it.

Red Hat would be the hardest to learn, but its counterpart Fedora is the best Linux distribution for servers.
