I flashed my GT to a custom BIOS that made my GT run 450 core and 1.12 memory stock. Still can't get the core past 460, stable though. I don't think it will handle it.

PCGEEK, curious to know which bios you used and if you have thought about having the card watercooled?

only way to water cool it is if you can cool the cards ram and the core. at this time the water clocks dont cool the ram. the NV5 is better.

the bios i used was by tweekrus. i found it by talking to a guy on futuremark sight who had the same GPU.

that's what i use on my ultras, does the gpu, memory and voltage transformers.. can use 8 or 10mm hoses and hose connctors swivel 180 degrees.
i haven't read up on any other coolers for the 6800s, that was the first one i found so i bought it.  so far i've had excellent results with it, in and out of chilled case.
