I'd design for Opera or Firefox first then fix it up in IE, as the former are more compliant.
The Menu links could be a little lighter too, and the "Welcome To D uNknown Clan Website." could be in a more inspiring font than Times.
The Site works well overall, for the forums I would recomend you intergrate them well, and an under construction gif can turn people away, just dont link it anywhere so when you click forums it does nothing.
The main thing I would say, is that you should make your code valid HTML which is quite easy, first you coud add a doctime at the top of your page
Try placing this code at the top of every page before <head>:
Code:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" lang="en" xml:lang="en">
The other things are mostly invalid markup attributes, so for alternatives to what you have used look around the web (I'd recommend using CSS and not tables!)
For all images, inside the image tag, add
Code:
alt="description"
description being a description of the image so people who cannot see images see the description.
Doing that should fix all errors in browsers to the most part
