I doubt that you can patent an 'idea.' ;)

If he created his own form of SLI, then perhaps yes.

It would fit fine, assuming there are no drive cages in the way.  You would only need about 1.5\" past the end of the cards.

It leaves 1 PCI slot free on the A8N-SLI.

I just thought of another tweak:
Add 2-4 heatpipes going to the top ends of the heatsinks. -Let me tweak my image...

local hardware store home depot and Compusa and pc club

i just bought a new pond pump from harbor freight today. 500 gallon an HR for $30.00

this is a Ice water cooling ide you can build fast and cheap and very effective.

And you got the freezer stocked with \"ice-bombs\" right?  

Ya, doesnt the top card in SLI get a bit blocked by the bottom card, if your on air cooling.  Greg, your design seems to help solve that problem.
