I'm about to buy a MacBook. Now it says it can hook up with a WiFi connection with no configuration. My main computer is a PC, can I make a WiFi connection on my PC to hook up to my MacBook. If so, how?
You'll need a wireless router to accomplish this feat.
The good news is that your Mac should be able to find and connect to the wireless router with no problems at all (and no setting anything up). Keep in mind that there isn't any kind of cross-platform connections with wireless seeing as the router itself is serving the connections out. You can even print from your Mac through the Windows machine, but it takes a few more steps.
