Emergency Heroes is a free-roaming driving game for Wii that's been "especially created for young boys", according to Ubisoft, which means our Andy Robinson is the only one at CVG allowed to play it.
Due June, it's been developed by Ubisoft Reflections and Ubisoft Barcelona and lets the young boys - i.e. it's aimed at six to ten year olds, which, oh, actually rules Robinson out; he's gutted - jump into the shoes of Zach Harper who's out to save the futuristic city of San Alto with his rescuing skills.
Quote:
"The free-roaming environment gives the player a constant feeling of freedom. But the final destination always remains clear: arrows on the road provide guidance to the player, so he will never get lost", the publisher explains, adding that six to ten year olds actually get to play as a cop, fireman or rescue driver (whatever the hell that is).
Emergency Heroes features 45 vehicles and a two-player co-op mode for head-to-head or co-op rescuing. First screenshots are below.
