The Elite has a 120GB hard drive vs. a 60GB hdd in the PS3. Besides the Blu-Ray player (does anybody care a whole lot?) the Xbox is $100 bucks cheaper and has twice the hard drive space. I think that will be compelling for casual gamers. Die hards will probably still get the PS3 since it's the latest and greatest.
