I notice all the people in banner at the top of the page are white, considering you have flags for nearly every country on the planet would it kill you to demonstrate a bit of racial equality in the banner that greets you when you first click onto the page.
I've got some great training from www.3dbuzz.com (am I allowed to link to other sites?). 200 hours of training for $450 (which is about £230). I'm already a pretty good user, I've not used it much for a few months but check out a head I made below. Please bare in mind the render is horrible but like I said I'm really just a beginner.

Just thought I'd drop in an introduce myself, I'm mike, but my handle is knotty boy, due to the long dreadlocks I have. I'm currently a student up in Carlisle or as I like to call it Carlizzle, I' m basically studying 3 A levels worth of IT, but I won't bore you with the full titles of the courses. I'm mostly focusing on Web based skills such a flash and php/MySQL but I'm currently branching out into Maya and have fallen in love with the work flow. I like to dabble in a bit of everything and I'm always willing to try new things. I also like to do a lot of charity work and I'm currently training to do the great north run. I'm an easy to talk to person so feel free to contact me.
