Well its not that realistic but there is sex in the teen rated game The Sims 2. There also also mods and skins to make the sims more realistic looking.
I'd called that implied sex rather than actual sex. I think actual sex would be hard to implement into a game and have it be interesting, because clearly nobody likes watching other people have sex Thats why the porn industry is so small and the internet is porn free But seriously, in a game it would suck. I'd be interesting to see how it would be implemented though. Certainly on the Wii. *Forcibly stops self from continuing*
With a few peripherals like USB things I guess it could be a more accurate simulation ; and I know there is Playboy mansion and Leisure suit larry out there on PC, although Ive only ever seen them in GamesTM magazine in the form of screen shots.
