To hell with humanities! I think that if someone violates someone's right to live, and do so without being raped at the age of 7, then he deserves to die.

you (not you but...) wouldnt be any better than the poor bastard that raped the girl....

anyways I dont agree taht it should be legal...
prolly because im religeous... and the penalty is bigger if they have to sit in the jail cell for the rest of their lives!

If jail were more horrible and didnt have good food, TV's, and exersize rooms, I think that sticking someone in jail for the rest of their life would be a better punishment.

Yeah, Bender's right. It also depends on what jail you would be put in instead of being killed. Even in modern jails, there are a substantial amount of sucides. Believe it or not, in the USA, there are more suicieds inside jails than outside!

Thats one of the most subjective issues ive ever heard of. When is a crime bad enough to be punished with death?

the death penalty is, imo, by far the better solution.
the person is suffering a hardened life in jail for their entire living  time on earth.
therefore that being the worse sentance

if u sit in death row for 15 years, then leave this awful earth, it is not as bad.

The death penalty is basically killing someone back, we all know it but the fact that a person has done this terrible deed...with 1+ people.. they deserve the kill hit back to them

Do not to your neighbor as you would not want done to you.
