We've seen a lot of Quicksilver-for-Windows wannabes in the last year, the most notable of which have probably been previously mentioned Skylight and the open source launcher Launchy. Currently both Launchy and Skylight are freeware; Dash is available for a free (but crippled) trial but will cost your $20 for a license. Still, Dash has probably come the furthest in development, with the most working batch of plugins (as you can see in the video). It's exciting to see the Quicksilver-for-Windows space really start to heat up with some viable tools. We just have to hope that the tool that wins out in popularity also has an open plugin architecture for third party plugin development (like Quicksilver).
