When I ordered my Laptop from HP, I spent the extra $80 for 2-day shipping. On the FedEx site, estimated delivery date is 3 full days after it shipped out. Should I call HP and see what's going on? If I'm paying almost $100 for 2-day shipping, I at least expect the 2 business day shipping. Should I diplomatically ask for my money back since it will be LATE?
There was a reason I needed the two day shipping, because I'm supposed to leave this Sunday for Iraq and I wanted to have enough time to reformat, install Xp Pro and the various other things I need to do before I ship out.
I understand that it's coming from China, but they really shouldn't offer 2-day shipping if it's going to be 3-day or more shipping...especially when they take $80 from me to do it.
I would suggest that you do try to get your money back. Make sure to explain your situation, and that you need it before you you leave. (Make sure you tell them you are in the armed forces). Hopefully, they will understand your situation and refund your money.
Plus fedex just plain sucks ever time my or anyone i know has ordered from them they, deliver it 1-3 days late or to the wrong address so we only go UPS.
