Lost Planetis a fun game with a few annoying quirks, but those who have yet to trythe game should take note: Capcom has announced a new version of the game for PC and 360. Lost Planet: Extreme Condition Colonies Edition is set to hit stores this spring with a bunch of new features for the reasonable price of $29.99. Here are the standouts:
Cross-platform online gameplay via Games for Windows Live and Xbox Live
4 new maps
6 new online game play modes
Original single-player campaign with three new modes
Given the price point and added content, this is probably the best timeto jump into Capcom's eye-candy shooter. Cross-platform multiplayer isalso a neat addition; hopefully Capcom can avoid the pitfalls thatplagued certain other titles. The game is set to hit store shelves in late spring.
