Has anyone heard of this game? It is a strategy game, which is part of the Total War series by Activision, that is soon to be released. For those of you that are interested in Strategy games, and/or have played Rome/Medieval Total War (see my article in the "Articles" section for more info), this will be a very appealing game.
Graphics have been improved, and new units added (along with enhanced gameplay), which promises to make Medieval 2 Total War an excellent strategy game. Typical features of the Total War series, are, of course, retained (i.e. armies are still massive - 10,000 units at a time!). I'll review this game when I get it. Perhaps.
That would be great, Your review of Rome was great
I see there are alot of Expansions for it... http://www.totalwar.com/?lang=en The graphics look excellent, I notice it is Sega now...
When SEGA originally picked up Creative Assembly, I was a little worried. Here was a company generally known for their console games picking up what was primarily a PC developer. A PC developer that was responsible for some of the best strategy games ever brought out. Medieval 2: Total War continues the series with increases in the strategic and entertainment values has convinced us that SEGA and Creative Assembly are committed to making sure that PC games are a focus.
Detail on the units has been increased, but more importantly, individuals in each of the armies look a tad bit different. Some are wearing helmets while others are wearing leather caps and some have beards while others don't. This little bit of improvement will make a huge difference to the realism of armies marching on each other.
