Ok so its a controller and not an actual xbox, but aside from how remarkable the technology is (and it won't be long 'til they put a rifle on it so a human sniper isn't required), can they do this without permission from Microsoft. I was intrigued by the recent debates about consumers not owning software but being granted use by the developers, and how it ties in with this. Maybe Microsoft could trademark 'Shock and Awe' what with Sony rejecting it?
