need help with windows

ok so im trying to find ways to install a desktopX, logon skin, and a boot skin. but everywhere i tried i had to pay for or not helpfull. also with the logon skin and boot skin there different file type that some of these websites have in order to install. the ones i have are .logonxp and .bootskin. plz someone help

it funny cuz after i posted i just found a site where i can get the programs to do this. but one thing that im try to fix is the taskbar. the desktopx theme im using showed it what edited, but when i loaded up the desktopx theme the taskbar stayed the same. this is the desktop im using http://www.wincustomize.com/Preview.aspx?S...gef/dx/3428.jpg. if you know a site where i can fix this plz tell me.

only goto this site if you have firefox because it will put spyware on your compy if you dont

All those desktop changing programs are s**te. They take up way more memory than they're worth.

yea, there only memory hoggers, sure there pritty for a week or 2, then there just boring
