Hey i was wondering, is there a OS X kernel that can run on windows and if there is does it make your computer slow?

Yes, the emulators are quite slow.

There is a native version, but you need an SSE3 capable CPU to run everything.  It also requires a bit of knowledge and time to set it up.  Most progams are very slow, as they are being emulated, but the OS itself is very fast, faster than on ANY mac.

I was basing my answer off of the fact that one of my friends runs a Windows emulator on Mac, and it is slow as heck. I am sure the same applies for Mac emulated on Windows. ;)

Oh, whoops, in my haste to correct you ... :P ... I didn't notice that he said WINDOWS... Sorry.  I don't know of any, but I'm sure there are/is some/one.
