rhapsody.com

This has been around for awhile, but incase you haven't tried it, you should. When you download, you get 25 free songs a month (to listen to - If you want to download them, then you have to buy them). But you can register multiple accounts and get more songs. It does have an excellent interface and is a great way to find new bands you like, since it keeps track of what you listen to and can generate a list of music you might like to try.

BTW - they don't have every song available... yet.... but they do have most modern music up already.   :D
