Yeah, they have similar things at Welbeck in the UK, with Leadership Programmes and "Sandwidch" coureses. So it looks like you'll be going for the USAF or the Army then... Any thing in particular career wise? IT? Comms? Officer?    Front Line?

Enjoy the forums here, and be sure to check out all of the features, including the Galleries, and the Games Arcade and Articles and Reviews! Premium membership is also now available

The Interface shouldn't be too hard to get around, although if your stuck, use "Help" on the menus above, or contact a member of the Community Staff.

Engineering would be great, if I would you I'd take on a skill that would be useful in civvy street afterwards, I was thinking of getting an engineering degree or IT and comms degree with the Army, but I have reconsidered, as I must have been infuenced by their several talks at our college, over 50 mailings I got in the Post about careers, and many emails...
However, it is a great chance for a good education, free, the only down side is that it is the army, and the life isn't all its cracked up to be, its ok if you dont mind being the target of weapons, terrorists and having no family    and intellegence is great, to bad you cant write MI6 on your CV, but you can do intelligence in the Army, I probably wouldnt go near the front lines, and do either base engineering (aviation) or civil engineering/site management (building bases/roads/railways, sometimes as part of peacemaking building schools etc), or as IT/comms/intellegence. Have fun whatever you do and ejoy it
