sorry, not a debate worthy topic. Moving to general discussion
Also, I think its definatly not a crime. You should be able to skate where ever, whenever. People dont get pissed at kids for playing basketball, or soccer, so why get angry at them for skateboarding?

When i first saw this i thought slateboarding? wtf?
But, No skateboarding isnt a crime unless your on private property. Then people make a big deal about it then theres the whole argument of street skating being better than parks.
well cops are gay, i was skating NEAR a bench and it was already broken and the cop came up and was like "I KNOW U BROKE THE BENCH!!" fat ass donught smugglers!
I don't think it's a crime at all. To me it's just a regular sport. I'm not even sure if it is a sport but that's not the point. I don't mind to a park or anything but I'm more of a street skater.
