Jesus christ, why would you even bother to put a copyright notice in there? Does he honestly think anyone will actually want to steal it?
On another note, what's the deal with all these groups and 'studios' making windows themes? It may just be me (because I'm out of a job at the moment) but they just seem like really pretentious 14 year olds sitting in their rooms talking over MSN brown nosing well known people on deviant (f)art and making unimaginative themes and image manips in photoshop.
