With WindowsXP, there is an option to syncronize time with a time server. If you take a look at the available timeservers, you can see that by defualt there are only 2.
If you want to add more, find a timeserver that you can use, and then browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\DateTime\Servers with regedit.
The subkeys you see are strings, in numeric order.. So if you want to add another time server, then you would create a new key (string), and name it using a number (e.g. 3 will make it the third in the list) And then for the string you would use the time server url you want (WITHOUT quotes)
There is also a subkey called (Defualt). You can change the Data in that to the server you would like it to defualt to (e.g. 3 for the 3rd server you made earlier)
