Well, it is finally out.  What we've all been waiting for (or, at least alot of us).  The demo for AOE3 is out!  I just can't wait till the end of October when the full game comes out.

I really like it.  But, I should really have a better video card for it, and some more ram wouldn't hurt.
The graphics are pretty good.  And, the Home City thing is different.
It has a different viewing angle on it that what the previous AOEs had.  It's more like Stronghold in that manner.

It says the system requirements are 1.4GHz, 256MB, 64MB video card.
The recommended should be about 2.0GHz, 1GB, 128MB (NV 6600 and ATI x700 or better)

Do you mean the whole AOE series or AOE III?  The series is really good, but we won't really know how AOE III is till it comes out.

True, but the demo for AOE III does say a lot for the game...

The AOE series is really tight.  I actually kind of like AOE I better than AOE II.  For some reason, I like the graphics better.

For some reason AOE 3 demo lagged on my system.. I don't see why it would.. BF2 runs fine and thats more demanding.
I'll try it again once I have more RAM.

Same thing here... it ran quite slowly, and I was still not impressed with the visuals.  Not much better than Rise of Nations in my opinion.
