Mispelling of Business ("Busines") in Microsoft's web page title also!.
Microsoft Rips Off Apple' Workgroup Manager Icon? That's right. John points out a pathetic attempt by Microsoft to go unnoticed borrowing an icon from Apple.com. Microsoft, with funding up the wazoo, your development and creativity team can't even manage to pay someone else to create some unique icons? Lame!

One can’t automatically assume Microsoft has lifted the icon from Apple. Perhaps the icon is in the public domain or maybe Microsoft has licensed the icon from Apple.
However, you may be corect, since the icon no longer appears on their web site.
